75+ of the city's finest restaurants. Live entertainment. A silent auction. Every seat helps fund care for sick children and support for underserved communities.
Food trucks, a headline set, and a dance floor that never quite emptied — the 2026 gala filled Complexe Pointe-Claire from sunset to last call. Here's a look back at how the night came together.
Founded in 2005, Strangers in the Night has grown from a few hundred guests outside a Dorval nightclub into Montreal's largest gourmet charity gala — thousands of guests under one tent each year, alongside dozens of the city's restaurants and headline acts that have included Kool & The Gang, Gloria Gaynor, The Jacksons, The Beach Boys, and Simple Plan. Every edition benefits local causes chosen that year.
Proceeds from Strangers in the Night help fund medical care for sick children and support disadvantaged and underserved communities. Twenty years in, it remains one meal, one auction item, and one table at a time.
